For local pickup, customers will be contacted to arrange a mutually agreed-upon time and location. For deliveries and third-party drop-offs, additional coordination or fees may apply depending on distance and order size.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our woodcraft products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed. Each item is individually crafted, and natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are to be expected and are not considered defects.

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or repair.
